Pin to remember this great recipe!

healthy vegetarian recipes

If you are searching for healthy vegetable recipes I have found the answer that will take a total of 5 minutes to put together.  Once you have the ingredients combined put it in the oven for 35 minutes and that’s it!

Don’t be worried about traveling with this recipe since it can be served either hot or cold. This is also great  if you want to make the day ahead of time and have it ready to place in someone’s oven or cook it at your house and serve it cold at your friend’s house.

Spinach Dip can be loaded with calories from the mayonnaise and the cream cheese you put in it. This one still calls for those ingredients but in a healthy manner. Instead of using full fat cream cheese you can use the fat free cream cheese. Instead of loading up on regular mayo you get the light version to help keep the calories and fat in check.

You can be the hit at the next party and know that you will go home with a clean bowl because everyone will love this recipe. This is also a great healthy snack recipe for football parties whether entertaining at a friend’s house or tailgating at your favorite sports arena. Spinach Dip is always a big hit and now people will not have to worry about calories when eating this one.

Enjoy
