Preheat the oven to 425 and place your pizza stone or pizza pan in the oven.
Next assemble the pizza, place a piece of parchment paper down, unroll the dough onto the parchment paper.
Next place about ½ cup of BBQ sauce onto the center of the pizza and spread it evenly making sure you cover the pizza.
Then evenly spread about 2 cups of shredded chicken around on the pizza.
Next smother in cheese 2 cups of cheese 1 cup of mozzarella and 1 cup Colby Jack (I really like cheese)
Then sprinkle the red onions on top.
Place in the oven and cook for 12 to 15 minutes depending on how you like your crust. Make sure you keep an eye on it because everyone’s ovens are a little different.
